The Product Catalog step is where you map your own products to AIOS Medical Products. This is a crucial part of onboarding that enables accurate order processing, prescriptions, and refill handling.
Note: Before configuring the Product Catalog, make sure a Payment Provider is connected. Without this integration, product data cannot be retrieved.

How it works

Once your products are imported from the connected payment provider, you’ll be able to:
  1. Create your product (e.g., Semaglutide).
    1. Name
    2. Description
    3. Image
  2. Map it to one of the supported AIOS medical products.
  3. Link its variations (e.g., Monthly, 6-Monthly, Yearly) to appropriate treatment intervals.

Example

Let’s say you offer a product named Semaglutide in your store. You might have the following variants:
  • Monthly
  • 6-Month Plan
  • Annual
You can map each of these variants within the AIOS platform. This ensures the medical and logistics workflows align with how your product is offered commercially.
